an ssh art gallery

# an art gallery that lives in your terminal.
# the gallery keeps hours. it is not always open.
# connect to see if it's open now or when the next showing will be:
ssh stdout.gallery copy
# more info: submissions, updates, and how to get involved
$ cat call_for_submissions.txt
Open call on a rolling basis. No theme, no specific criteria.
We are looking for work that is interesting to encounter in this context.
The work itself can be anything. A painting, a photograph, a digital piece,
generative art, pixel art, whatever. What visitors see in the gallery is an
image rendered as terminal characters, a short artist statement, and links
back to you or the original piece. Think of it like a gallery card next to
a print.
The image could be the work itself, or complimentary to the artist's
statement with a link to take the viewer elsewhere. The framework is simple
and there are fewer rules than it might seem.
$ cat how_to_submit.txt
Email george@mand.is with:

- artist name
- a short statement (a few sentences to a paragraph)
- url(s) for the work and/or your portfolio
